Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses on the UK mainland. For delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK, please contact us for a quote before ordering on 01376 335 150 or at info@gapsuk.com.

Delivery charges

Delivery is charged per item and depends on the size and weight of the machine or product. The delivery charge for each item is shown at checkout before you pay, and some items are delivered free of charge. All delivery charges are subject to VAT.

Arranging delivery

We aim to send out your item on a next day service once your order has been placed. If you would prefer your item to be delivered on a particular day or at a particular time, please get in touch to discuss the options available.

Please let us know in advance about any access restrictions at the delivery address, such as steps, narrow doorways or limited parking.

Checking your delivery

All machines are inspected and checked before despatch and carefully packed for transit. When your delivery arrives, please check it before signing. If anything has been damaged in transit, please tell the carrier straight away and let us know too. Take photographs of the damage and email them to info@gapsuk.com.
